Baker & Lindsey I Niceville Office

     Baker & Lindsey brings a systematic approach of a bank together with a passion for helping their clients develop fiscal responsibility through proper mortgage planning.  They offer a professional approach to mortgage finance providing financing for people that want to purchase or refinance a home.

     In 2009 Bart Swan and Steve Schutt, co-founders of Superior Home Loans, entered into a partnership with Jim Baker of Baker & Lindsey, Inc. to better serve the needs of their clients and their community. 

    Bart Swan is the Branch Manager of the Baker and Lindsey Niceville Office. He is also co-founder of the Home Owners Financial Education (HOFE) Institute, a not-for-profit educational corporation. He brings a wealth of knowledge on mortgage finance to his clients and the HOFE Institute.

     Steve Schutt was a co-founder and Vice President of Superior Home Loans, LLC. He is now the Branch Representative for Baker and LIndsey's Niceville Office. He is also the co-founder of the Home Owners Financial Education Institute.
